How to export data as an embed table?
  1. Click the "Export" button on the right-hand side of the toolbar

  1. Choose "Export to Embed Table"

Here you can specify the number of rows to display on your website. Currently, Acho limits the maximum number of rows to 5,000 to protect the universal front-end performance on different websites.

Next, click the Generate Embed Link button and copy the HTML embed link.

  1. Paste the HTML embed link to your website

You can change the “width”, and “height” to customize the size of your embedded table on your website. If you prefer the table to be responsive, just set the width = “100%”.

What users can do with an embed tables?

Your visitors can explore and download the data through embedded tables. Embedded tables offer the following interactive features:

  1. View the sample table

    Visitors can see all rows and columns in the sample table. If you don't want to show all columns, you can hide some of them on Acho Studio before exporting the data (Please see Hide Columns).

  2. Search for keywords within a specific column

    By specifying keywords in the search bar, visitors can explore the table

  1. Download the table

  2. Acho supports two options to allow users to download data.

    • Download Original: users can acquire the original dataset by logging into Acho.

    • Download Sample: users can download the sample dataset directly without logging into Acho Studio. The sample dataset is exactly the same as the data table that displays on your webiste.

How to access the original table through an embed table?
  1. Click the "Download Original" button to head to the login page on Acho

  1. Log into Acho

    If you are a new user, you can sign up for a new account (click the Sign up button at the top-right of the page) or use your Google account to log in by clicking Continue with Google.

    On the right-hand side of the login page, you can find some details about the table, including the table name, the number of rows, and the supplier name.

  1. Find the dataset in the Resources section

    After logging into Acho, the dataset already exists in Resources. The type of the dataset will be annotated as "Embed / Supplier Name".
